Third Time's the Charm... or Is It the Fifth?

Hey there! Welcome to my shiny new blog. I've been down this road before – Blogspot, WordPress, Gatsby, Next.js – you name it, I've probably created and abandoned a blog with it. It was always about creating the code, the structure around it and everything. But as soon as it came to actually write, well, let's just say consistency is not my strong suit.

But this time feels different. This time, it feels like I really have something to share, something that might be useful for others treading on the path I have been traversing. And so, I'm committed to making this blog stick. (Future me, if you're reading this and haven't posted in months, please post something!)

A Book in the Making (Title TBD)

Oh, and did I mention I'm writing a book? (Or trying to write a book, at least.) Don't get too excited – I don't have a title yet, or a plot, or... well, much of anything beyond this announcement. But hey, that's where you come in!

I'll be sharing snippets, ideas, and probably a fair amount of writer's block frustration as I go. Feel free to cheer me on or gently remind me that "The Book" is perhaps too lofty a goal for a first attempt.

What to Expect (Besides Irregular Posting)

So, what's this blog all about? In short: everything and nothing. Profound, right? Here's a taste of what you might find:

• My latest coding/entrepreneurial/parenting adventures (and misadventures)
• Half-baked ideas that seemed brilliant at 2:48 AM
• Updates on The Book™ (working title)
• Possibly some cat pictures. I don't have a cat nor do I have any intention of getting one, but I hear that's what the internet is for.

The goal is simple: share my thoughts, document what I'm working on, and occasionally impart some wisdom. Or at least entertain you with my mistakes.

Let's Get This Show on the Road

So, there you have it. A blog, a book, and a bunch of ideas waiting to spill out onto the digital page. Will I stick with it this time? Only time will tell. But I'm optimistic, and I hope you'll join me for the ride.
